Akasa Air Revamps ‘Café Akasa’ Menu with Global Flavours and Industry-First Innovations

New Delhi:  Akasa Air, India’s fastest-growing airline, has unveiled the third refresh of its in-flight dining service, Café Akasa, introducing a thoughtfully curated menu tailored to the modern global traveller. The new offerings strike a perfect balance between health, taste, and innovation, reaffirming the airline’s commitment to enhancing the inflight experience.

The revamped menu features 45 diverse meal options that blend global fusion flavours, health-conscious choices, and all-day dining convenience. Highlights include Chicken Schnitzel with Garlic Spinach, Tofu Curry Pan with Edamame, and Thai Spice Salad—a new benchmark in in-flight cuisine.

Café Akasa embraces inclusivity, offering Jain meals, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, kid-friendly dishes, and protein-packed combos. For the first time in the industry, the airline introduces multi-course gourmet meals and ready-to-eat cereal bowls with organically sourced ingredients.

Aligned with Akasa’s sustainability values, all perishable meal packaging is made from 100% recyclable, ethically sourced paper, with biodegradable wooden cutlery.

The airline also continues to offer special festive meals year-round and allows pre-booking of cakes for in-flight birthday celebrations.

The refreshed Café Akasa menu is now available across the Akasa Air network and can be pre-booked via the airline’s website, mobile app, or leading travel agents.
