A Baby Girl Arrives at KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty’s Home

New Delhi: Star cricketer KL Rahul and his actress wife Athiya Shetty welcomed a bundle of joy into their lives on Monday as they were blessed with a baby girl. The couple shared this delightful news through a joint post on Instagram.

Rahul and Athiya had announced their pregnancy on November 8, 2024, through social media, writing, “Our beautiful blessing is arriving soon. 2025.”

Rahul, who is part of Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL), took special permission to be with his wife and returned home, missing his team’s first match against Lucknow Super Giants. In the IPL 2025 auction, Delhi Capitals had acquired Rahul for ₹14 crore.

As soon as the news broke, fans and well-wishers flooded social media with congratulatory messages.

For the unversed, Athiya Shetty is the daughter of Bollywood superstar Suniel Shetty. The couple tied the knot on January 23, 2023.
