AOA Elections Conclude Peacefully at SKA Greenarch Society; S.K. Mehta Elected President

Greater Noida West :  The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) elections at SKA Greenarch Society were successfully held on Sunday in a peaceful and enthusiastic atmosphere. A total of 13 candidates contested for 9 posts, with residents showing strong participation through heavy voting. As per the final count, S.K. Mehta secured the highest number of votes, followed by Basu Chauhan, Prem Tiwari, and Om Prakash Mishra. Pankaj Kumar, Amit Kumar Sinha, Pawan Kumar Shukla, Rajmangal Giri, and Rahul Singh were also declared elected. Following the elections, the posts were allocated through mutual consensus. S.K. Mehta was chosen as President, Om Prakash Mishra as Vice President, Prem Tiwari as Secretary, and Amit Kumar Sinha as Treasurer. The remaining elected members were appointed as executive committee members.

In his statement, President S.K. Mehta said, “It is an honor to receive this trust. We are committed to transparent governance and building a united community. We’ll work together to bring continuous improvements to the society.”

Vice President Om Prakash Mishra emphasized listening to every resident and transforming SKA Greenarch into a model society through collective suggestions. Secretary Prem Tiwari highlighted the importance of timely communication and inclusive decision-making. Treasurer Amit Kumar Sinha assured a focus on financial transparency and practical development.

The newly elected AOA team expressed gratitude to the residents and pledged to work with integrity, harmony, and a vision for all-round development of the society. Residents welcomed the peaceful elections and look forward to efficient, transparent, and community-focused management.
