Ashi Singh Opens Up About Her Love for Garba During Navratri: “It Truly Fascinates Me”

Mumbai: Actress Ashi Singh, who plays the lively and sensitive Karry Sharma in Sony SAB’s new show ‘Uff… Yeh Love Hai Mushkil’, recently shared her deep connection with the festival of Navratri and her love for Garba. The show brings a refreshing story filled with love, emotions, and the beautiful simplicity of relationships, and Ashi brings her character to life with her nuanced performance.

Speaking about her Navratri experience and what the festival means to her, Ashi said:“I’m from North India, where Navratri is all about Mata ki Chowki, pujas, and traditional rituals. But I’ve always been drawn to Garba and Dandiya. After moving to Mumbai, I really tried to learn Garba, and I’m still learning – it’s not easy when it comes just nine days a year!”

She also expressed her admiration for the vibrant festive culture in Mumbai:“The atmosphere here is amazing. Everyone wears the same color according to the Navratri day – I love that concept. I still follow the same pujas and fasting rituals I grew up with. In the evenings, I go to Garba grounds with my family or friends – sometimes to dance, sometimes just to enjoy watching others. The entire environment is so joyful and colorful.”

Don’t miss ‘Uff… Yeh Love Hai Mushkil’, Monday to Saturday at 8 PM, only on Sony SAB!
