At 89, Dharmendra Inspires All with His Dedication to Yoga
Mumbai : Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra has once again proven that age is just a number. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, he participated in a special yoga session at his farmhouse in Lonavala. Joining him in this session was actress, anchor, and social media influencer Ekta Jain. Together, they practiced Anulom-Vilom, Pranayama, and other breathing exercises The session aimed to promote health, mental focus, and an improved lifestyle. Ekta Jain praised Dharmendra’s energy, saying, “Dharmendra sir has shown that with discipline and passion, one can stay healthy at any age.” Also present at the event were action director Mohan Bagga and his son Sonu Bagga, who will be seen in Dharmendra’s upcoming film “Maine Pyar Kiya Phir Se” in a negative role. Dharmendra also shared his thoughts on World Music Day, which falls on the same date, highlighting how both music and yoga bring peace and emotional balance to life.
Dharmendra urged people of all age groups to incorporate yoga into their daily routine, emphasizing that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a path to connect with the self.
