Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: Mahagathbandhan Announces Tejashwi Yadav as Chief Ministerial Candidate
Patna: Former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has been announced as the Mahagathbandhan’s Chief Ministerial candidate for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.
On the occasion, senior Congress leader Ashok Gehlot stated, “We have all decided to support Tejashwi Yadav as the next Chief Minister in this election.”
Gehlot also announced that VIP chief Mukesh Sahani has been chosen as the Mahagathbandhan’s candidate for the Deputy Chief Minister post.
RJD leader and Mahagathbandhan’s face for the Chief Minister position, Tejashwi Yadav, said, “Even Tejashwi’s shadow, if it commits any wrongdoing, will be punished by Tejashwi himself. This is our commitment. We will work to build a new Bihar.”
This announcement clearly reflects the Mahagathbandhan’s strategy ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections in Bihar and makes the electoral contest even more exciting.
