Bomb Threats to Four Delhi Schools: Nine Threats in Three Days — Who Is Sending These Emails?

New Delhi : The alarming trend of bomb threat emails targeting schools in Delhi continues to raise serious concerns. On Wednesday, four private schools in the national capital received bomb threats via email, sending shockwaves through the administration. This marks the third consecutive day that such threats have been made, with a total of nine threatening emails reported over three days.

Which Schools Received Threats?

Vasant Valley School, Vasant Kunj — 6:30 AM

Mother’s International School, Hauz Khas — 8:12 AM

Richmond Global School, Paschim Vihar — 8:11 AM

St. Thomas School, Dwarka — 5:26 AM

Notably, St. Thomas School has received two threats in less than 24 hours.

Immediate Action Taken

Following the threats, all four schools were immediately evacuated as a precaution. Staff members staying overnight were also moved to safe locations. Teams from the Delhi Police, Bomb Disposal Squad, Dog Squad, and Cyber Experts rushed to the schools and conducted intensive searches, though no suspicious items have been found so far.

According to the Delhi Fire Service (DFS), one fire tender was dispatched to each school after receiving the alerts. Emergency teams acted swiftly and with utmost caution, treating every threat with seriousness.

Past Incidents Also Proved False

Authorities confirmed that similar threats were made to several schools over the past two days as well, but all of them turned out to be hoaxes. Despite this, officials are not taking any chances and are responding to each alert with full preparedness.

Who Is Sending These Emails?

The biggest question remains unanswered: Who is behind these threatening emails? Is this the work of a mentally unstable individual, or is there a larger conspiracy at play? Cybercrime units are actively investigating the origin and sender of these emails, but no concrete leads have been confirmed yet.

The series of bomb threats have left parents anxious and posed a serious challenge for law enforcement. As cyber investigations continue, it is hoped that the culprits will soon be identified and brought to justice. Meanwhile, authorities are urging calm while assuring that all necessary safety measures are being taken.
