In participating policies or “with profit” plans, life insurance companies share profits with policyholders in the form of bonuses. This represents a mutual partnership between the insurer and the policyholders. The bonus declared each financial year accumulates and is paid out at the time of policy maturity, the insured’s death, or policy surrender. Additionally, cash bonuses may be paid on special occasions, as per the terms of the policy.

All participating policies that were in force as of March 31, 2025, are eligible for this bonus. The declared bonus will be allocated to the policyholders’ accounts and will be paid out upon policy maturity, surrender, or as per the policy terms.
