Congress Holds Strategic Meeting in Delhi, Bihar Seat Sharing Finalized

New Delhi : After an important Congress meeting in Delhi, the picture of seat sharing in Bihar has become nearly clear. Bihar Congress President Rajesh Ram stated that during the meeting, the screening committee reviewed all assembly seats and discussed the names of potential candidates. This was followed by a CEC meeting attended by Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, and Sonia Gandhi, where final decisions on all seats were made.

Rajesh Ram said that Congress has finalized the seats on which the party will contest strongly with its alliance partners. Regarding seat sharing, he mentioned that the coordination is in the final stages, and space has also been reserved for some new political parties. The list of candidates is expected to be made public in the coming days.

Responding to Mukesh Sahni’s Deputy CM-related statement, Rajesh Ram said, “It is every party’s right to make demands; we have no comments on that.” On Jitan Ram Manjhi’s statement, he said that since Manjhi is not part of our alliance, it is not appropriate to respond to his remarks.

Congress is now accelerating organizational preparations for the elections on the finalized seats.
