Entries soon closing for ISSF World Cup Rifle/Pistol finale in Ningbo

New Delhi : Rifle and pistol athletes are reminded that entries close soon for the fourth and last ISSF World Cup of the season in Ningbo, China.

This will be one of the last opportunities to qualify for the ISSF World Cup Final in Doha, Qatar – which sees the winner of each event secure their spot in the season finale.

The top two unqualified athletes from the ISSF World Cup rankings will also qualify for the World Cup Final, and these athletes will be determined following the last World Cup leg in Ningbo. Depending on who the medallists are for each event at the ISSF World Championships, more athletes from the World Cup rankings can also qualify for the World Cup Final.

Ningbo sits close to the major international metropolis of Shanghai. Official shuttle services will be provided by the organisers from both Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Ningbo Lishe International Airport.

The Chinese Shooting Association has stressed it will provide comprehensive support in visa applications, firearm and ammunition customs clearance, accommodation, and any other logistics.
