Free Medical Check-up Camp Organized on CRPF’s 87th Raising Day

New Delhi: On the occasion of the 87th Raising Day of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), the 243rd Battalion of CRPF organized a free medical check-up camp at New Kondli, Mayur Vihar in Delhi on March 10, 2026. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness among CRPF and CAPF personnel, their families, and residents of nearby localities while providing them with essential medical consultation and diagnostic services.

Around 350 participants, including CAPF personnel, officers, jawans of Delhi Police, their family members, and local citizens, benefited from various health examinations conducted during the camp.

The camp offered a wide range of medical services, including general medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, diet consultation, Bone Mineral Density (BMD) tests, Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment, dental check-ups, gynecology consultations, physiotherapy, clinical psychology services, ECG tests, and blood tests.

Medical examinations and consultations were conducted by Dr. B. Nisha, Commandant (Special) Medical Officer of the 243rd Battalion, along with Dr. Pooja Jaiswal, Medical Officer from the 31st Battalion. They were assisted by Dr. Ashish Mittal and his medical team, who provided necessary guidance and treatment recommendations to the attendees.

The camp was successfully organized under the guidance of Second-in-Command Arun Kumar Singh of the 243rd Battalion. Senior officers from the 31st and 139th Battalions also extended significant support in ensuring the smooth conduct of the program.
