Governor Anandiben Patel Overwhelmed After Taking a Holy Dip at Mahakumbh, Calls It a Divine Experience
Mahakumbhnagar (Uttar Pradesh) : Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel marked her presence at the grand gathering of Mahakumbh 2025 in Prayagraj on Sunday. She took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam, calling it a profound and divine experience that she would cherish for years. Along with her bath in the sacred confluence, she also offered prayers at Bade Hanuman Temple, Akshayavat, and Saraswati Koop.
Expressing her emotions after the holy dip, Governor Patel said, “This is a truly divine experience that will remain in my memories for a lifetime. I feel a unique energy flowing through me, which reflects the spiritual essence of Prayagraj.”
Governor Praises Yogi Government’s Efforts
Governor Patel appreciated the Yogi Adityanath government and the local administration for their excellent arrangements for Mahakumbh 2025. She acknowledged that Prayagraj is not only a spiritual center for Uttar Pradesh but for the entire country and the world. Millions of devotees from across the globe are arriving to participate in this sacred event, and the seamless arrangements made for them deserve commendation.
She further praised the systematic manner in which devotees are taking a bath and smoothly proceeding to their destinations, calling it “truly remarkable.”
Prayers at Akshayavat, Saraswati Koop & Bade Hanuman Temple
Governor Anandiben Patel arrived at Prayagraj Airport on Sunday morning. From there, she took a helicopter to DPS Arail, where her chopper landed on a reserved helipad. She then traveled to Arail Ghat and reached Triveni Sangam via a motor floating jetty, where she performed ritualistic bathing and worship.
Following this, she proceeded to Qila Ghat and offered prayers at Akshayavat. She also performed ritualistic worship at Saraswati Koop and Bade Hanuman Temple, completing her spiritual journey at Mahakumbh.
