Guru Nanak Prakash Parv: Nagar Kirtan Echoes with the Chant of “Waheguru”

Mumbai : The grand Nagar Kirtan held at Char Bangla Gurudwara Sahib last night filled the entire area with devotion and joy. The procession began from Lokhandwala Back Road and concluded at the Gurudwara amid continuous chants of “Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh.” Over 5,000 devotees participated with great enthusiasm. Along the route, several seva stalls were set up offering water, tea, and prasad to devotees and passersby.
The Gurudwara was beautifully decorated with 500 kilograms of flowers, and the traditional Gatka performance by Nihang Sikhs captivated the audience. The evening concluded with spectacular fireworks and langar seva, making the celebration truly memorable. Organized under the leadership of Sardar Jaspal Singh Suri and Maninder Singh Suri, the Nagar Kirtan was dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Prakash Parv, spreading his eternal message of love, equality, and selfless service across the community.
