Inauguration of Shri Hanumat Katha Mandapam in Ayodhya, CM Yogi Adityanath Says – Hanumangarhi to Witness Grand Development
Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath formally inaugurated the newly constructed ‘Shri Hanumat Katha Mandapam’ within the premises of Shri Hanuman Garhi Temple in Ayodhya. On this occasion, the Chief Minister praised the efforts of the temple administration and the saint community, stating that the Mandapam will now serve as a center for religious discourses and spiritual dialogue.
In his address, the Chief Minister said:
“I wholeheartedly commend the presiding seers and all associated saints of the Shri Hanuman Garhi Temple, who envisioned and brought this grand Katha Mandapam to life, saving every single penny with devotion and determination.”
He further noted that pilgrims visiting Ayodhya never miss three sacred sites:
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi
Shri Hanuman Garhi Temple
The holy banks of the Saryu River
Highlighting long-standing discussions about the need for the grand development of Hanuman Garhi, Yogi Adityanath emphasized that the temple deserves the same scale of transformation as the Ram Janmabhoomi and other key religious sites in the holy city.
Reiterating the state government’s commitment to Ayodhya’s development, the Chief Minister said that in the coming years, Ayodhya would emerge as a global spiritual and cultural hub. He added that this Katha Mandapam will provide an ideal and magnificent platform for devotees and religious speakers alike.
The Mandapam is specifically designed to host religious narratives, Ram Katha, and Bhagavat Katha, and will serve as a cultural bridge between devotees and saints. With devotion to Lord Hanuman at its core, the space aims to promote spiritual awakening.
Prominent saints from Shri Hanuman Garhi and local devotees warmly welcomed the inauguration, calling it a major step toward the religious renaissance of Ayodhya Dham.
