NDA Meeting in Delhi After Oath-Taking Ceremony, Resolves to Contest Upcoming Elections with Full Strength
New Delhi : After the oath-taking ceremony at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi, a meeting of key leaders from BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) was held at the ‘Imperial’ hotel. During the meeting, NDA leaders resolved to contest the upcoming elections in Bihar, West Bengal, and other states with full determination. They assured Prime Minister Narendra Modi that all alliance partners would contest together under the NDA banner.
The meeting saw the participation of Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, and senior leaders from NDA-ruled states who had attended the oath-taking ceremony. Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and BJP President JP Nadda were among the key leaders present. While the leaders congratulated PM Modi on BJP’s victory in Maharashtra and Delhi, they also reaffirmed their commitment to fighting the upcoming elections in Bihar, West Bengal, and other states with unity.
After the luncheon, leaders posed for a group photograph. Prominent attendees included Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, and Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. The Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Haryana also attended, along with JDU leader and Union Minister Lalan Singh.
BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde stated that all NDA leaders had come to Delhi for the oath-taking ceremony, after which they held a meeting to discuss upcoming elections. He emphasized that the alliance remains firmly united and is committed to contesting elections in Bihar and West Bengal with full strength. He also confirmed that all NDA allies would fight under a common banner.
As NDA leaders entered and exited the hotel, they congratulated Delhi’s new Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and other ministers. Rajasthan’s Deputy CM Diya Kumari expressed her joy, stating that it was a moment of pride and happiness to see a woman becoming the Chief Minister of Delhi.
