Now is the Right Time to Eliminate Jihadi Terrorism and Liberate Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir: Alok Kumar

New Delhi : In response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, the workers of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal organized countrywide protests today, burning effigies of jihadi terrorism and the sinful Pakistan. These protests, which took place in thousands of locations across the country, saw millions of people deeply moved by the incident, voicing their anger and expressing their resolve to eradicate jihadi terrorism and the mindset of ‘kafirophobia’ that plagues Pakistan.

At a protest in Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, VHP International President Shri Alok Kumar said, “The time has come for the world to be freed from Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, to liberate Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) from jihadi hands, and reunite it with India. The prosperity of Kashmiri people is based on tourism, and the conspiracy to destroy the tourism industry and bankrupt the valley will not succeed through this incident.”

He further stated, “Now, due to the Indian government’s strong diplomatic actions and Pakistan’s continued nurturing and support of terrorism, the rogue state of Pakistan has been isolated worldwide. India is capable of completely dismantling any anti-India framework, including in Pakistan, and giving a fitting punishment to Pakistan for its wrongdoings.”

National Convenor of Bajrang Dal, Shri Neeraj Doneria, also addressed the protestors.

While addressing the protestors in Rohtak, Haryana, VHP’s Central Joint General Secretary Dr. Surendra Jain stated, “The Pahalgam incident is not just a regular terrorist attack; it is a major challenge to the nation’s sovereignty and the Hindu community. The government has begun to fight the battle on the borders, and the country is confident that the expected results will soon be seen. However, for the internal battle, the entire Hindu society and nationalist forces must stay united. Without local cooperation and support, no terrorist could carry out such an attack. It is our duty, as citizens of India, to immediately root out the ‘snakes in our midst’ and strengthen the hands of the country’s security forces, making the country safe alongside ourselves.”

In these protests, held in hundreds of locations across the country, slogans like “Pakistan Murdabad,” “Pakistan Hai Hai,” “End Terrorism,” “We will not tolerate Hindu genocide,” were raised. Intellectuals, leaders from all religions, and heads of social, religious, and cultural organizations across the country also participated. Their unanimous demand was clear: Enough is enough, it is crucial to eliminate the jihadi terrorist group and teach Pakistan a stern lesson.
