PM Meets Survivors of Tragic Ahmedabad Plane Crash, Reviews Relief Operations
Ahmedabad (Gujrat) : Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited Ahmedabad following the tragic plane crash that claimed multiple lives. Expressing his deepest condolences to the bereaved families, the Prime Minister personally met the injured, including the sole survivor of the crash, offering reassurance and support during this difficult time.
Shri Modi also chaired a high-level review meeting with top officials at the Ahmedabad airport to assess the relief and rescue operations being carried out at the site.
In a series of posts on X, the Prime Minister stated:
“Met those injured in the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad, including the sole survivor. Assured them that the entire nation stands with them in this difficult hour. We are all praying for their swift recovery.”
The Prime Minister conveyed his heartfelt grief over the loss of lives, stating:
“Deeply pained by the loss of lives in the Ahmedabad plane crash. My condolences to the bereaved families. We fully understand the unbearable grief they are going through.”
Earlier in the day, the Prime Minister visited the crash site and interacted with emergency personnel involved in ongoing rescue and relief efforts. He received updates on the situation and praised the tireless work of the response teams.
