Prime Minister Extends Greetings on Telangana Formation Day

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today extended his greetings to the people of Telangana on the occasion of the state’s Formation Day. He praised Telangana for its countless contributions to the nation’s progress and highlighted the efforts made by the NDA government over the past decade to improve the ease of living for its citizens.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister wrote:

“Greetings to the people of Telangana on their Statehood Day. The state is known for its countless contributions to national progress. Over the last decade, the NDA government has undertaken numerous measures to enhance the ease of living for the people of the state. I pray for the continued success and prosperity of Telangana’s people.”

Telangana, India’s youngest state, was officially formed on June 2, 2014. The day is marked by celebrations and reflections on the state’s development and cultural heritage.
