Suzuki Motorcycle India Passes on Full GST 2.0 Benefit to Customers, Revises Prices Across Two-Wheelers and Spare Parts
Gurugram : Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the Indian arm of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has announced a comprehensive price revision of its two-wheelers and spare parts in line with the Government of India’s newly implemented GST 2.0 reforms. The company is passing on the full benefit of the reduced GST rates to its customers, making its products more affordable nationwide.
Under the GST 2.0 regime, the GST on all two-wheelers up to 350cc and auto components has been slashed from 28% to 18%. Suzuki has applied this reduction across its scooter range — Access, Avenis, Burgman Street, and Burgman Street EX — and its motorcycles — GIXXER series and V-Strom SX. The price revision will be effective from 22 September 2025. Customers can now enjoy savings of up to INR 18,024, depending on the model. In addition, reduced prices on spare parts and accessories will lead to significantly lower maintenance costs.
Deepak Mutreja, VP – Sales & Marketing, SMIPL, said, “This move reflects our customer-first philosophy. By fully passing on the GST benefits, we’re enhancing value and affordability just in time for the festive season.”
