Political Turmoil Erupts as Rahul Gandhi Faces Controversy Over Blue T-shirt Incident!
New Delhi : A massive uproar occurred during a protest on Ambedkar in the Parliament premises. BJP MP Pratap Sarangi suffered a head injury in the incident. Pratap Sarangi has accused Rahul Gandhi of pushing him, resulting in his injury. According to him, one MP fell on him due to Rahul Gandhi’s push. Meanwhile, another BJP MP, Mukesh Rajput, was also injured and is in critical condition. He has been admitted to the ICU at RML Hospital. Mukesh Rajput represents the Farrukhabad Lok Sabha seat, while Pratap Singh Sarangi, an MP from Balasore, Odisha, is also hospitalized.
The Congress party has reported that their MPs are filing a complaint with the Speaker of the Lok Sabha about the BJP MPs’ indecent behavior and attempts to block Rahul Gandhi’s entry into the Parliament. The Speaker had ordered four days ago that no one should prevent MPs from entering the Parliament.
Union Minister Accuses Rahul Gandhi of Rowdyism
Union Minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed his anguish, saying, “Seeing Pratap Chandra Sarangi ji in this condition fills my heart with pain. This is a dark day in the history of Parliament. The decorum has been shattered. The rowdyism exhibited by Rahul Gandhi and Congress has no parallel… Now they will engage in such hooliganism… Such behavior has never been seen in India’s cultural history… They should be trained in a school on how to behave in a democracy… We condemn this rowdyism.”
Rahul Gandhi Acknowledges the Incident: ‘Yes, There Was Pushing’
In his defense, Rahul Gandhi explained, “This might be recorded on your camera. I was trying to enter the Parliament entrance, and BJP MPs were trying to stop me, push me, and threaten me. That’s why this happened… (Mallarjun Kharge was being pushed). Yes, this happened. But this is the entrance, and we have the right to enter. The central issue is that they are attacking the Constitution and insulting the memory of Ambedkar Ji.”
