Prime Minister greets people on Eid-ul-Adha

New Delhi. : The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has greeted the people on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.

In a X post, the Prime Minister said;

“Greetings on Eid-ul-Adha! May this special occasion further cement the bonds of harmony and togetherness in our society. May everyone be happy and healthy.”

Eid al-Adha is a Muslim festival. It is the day of “The Feast of Sacrifice”. It is coming on 17 June 2024. Eid al-Adha is a major festival celebrated worldwide for three to four days. People celebrate it every year with their friends and families. They organised meals and exchanged wishes by saying Happy Eid al-Adha. It is considered a form of showing joy and happiness over the Eid. Whoever performs the rituals of God on Eid is one of His pious servants, and Eid al-Adha is considered among the religious occasions that we await every year, as congratulations and blessings abound on this great occasion, especially since it follows the Day of Arafah. Blessed, and given that these virtuous days have a great status and great importance in Islam, people are happy with the Eid atmosphere and receive it with great welcome.
