CM Nitish Swings into Action Right After Taking Oath, Conducts Surprise Inspection of Old Secretariat

Patna : Just a day after taking oath as Chief Minister for the 10th time, Nitish Kumar appeared firmly in action mode. On Monday morning, he visited the Old Secretariat and carried out a detailed inspection of various buildings, sections, and departments. He reviewed the functioning of offices, staff attendance, and the progress of ongoing development works.

During the inspection, the Chief Minister issued clear instructions to officials and employees to ensure timely attendance, maintain discipline, and perform their duties with sensitivity so that all projects are completed on time. He emphasized regular cleaning of the premises, beautification, increasing greenery, and plantation at required locations. He also directed officials to focus on better facilities for visitors and to work on a plan to make the main secretariat more efficient and well-organized.

Principal Secretary Deepak Kumar, Chief Secretary Pratyay Amrit, Development Commissioner Dr. S. Siddharth, and several senior officials were present during the inspection.
