Grand and Traditional Welcome for Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0 Student Delegation in Ayodhya
Ayodhya (UP) : The student delegation traveling from Prayagraj under Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0 reached the sacred city of Ayodhya at 10 PM on Thursday, where they were accorded a grand and traditional reception at the Cultural Auditorium. The ceremony was graced by the presence of ADM City Yogendra Pandey, SDM Ashok Saini, Gajendra Singh, Arvind Kumar, and SP City Chandrapani.
As the students arrived, the entire venue echoed with chants of “Jai Shri Ram”. The energetic beats of traditional drums and percussion added vibrancy to the welcome, with students joining in the celebrations and dancing enthusiastically. Tamil Nadu’s traditional performances—Periyamela and Thappattam—offered a beautiful glimpse of the cultural harmony between North and South India.
The delegation then enjoyed a variety of captivating cultural programs showcasing the richness of Indian art and traditions. Following the performances, a delicious dinner was served to the students, after which accommodation arrangements were made for their rest.
The warm and festive welcome in Ayodhya symbolized the heartfelt bond between Kashi and Tamil cultures, celebrating the spirit of unity in India’s diversity.
