Second ‘Seva Aapke Dwar 2.0’ Camp Held at Muktur Village; Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 Launched

Muktur (Arunachal Pradesh) : The second Seva Aapke Dwar (SAD) 2.0 camp was successfully inaugurated today at Muktur Village Primary School under Duitongkhar Circle, marking another significant step towards inclusive governance and last-mile service delivery.

The camp was inaugurated by Ms. Namgyal Angmo, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Tawang, in the presence of Dr. D.W. Thongon, Superintendent of Police, Tawang; Mr. Tashi Dhondup, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Lungla; Ms. Sangey Wangmu Mosobi, AC-cum-DPO; Ms. Tsetan Droma, Circle Officer, Duitongkhar; along with other Heads of Offices.

On the same occasion, Sampoornata Abhiyan 2.0 of NITI Aayog was officially launched for the Jemiethang–Duitongkhar Aspirational Block.

Almost all government departments participated in the camp, delivering essential services directly at the villagers’ doorstep. Villagers availed benefits such as Aadhaar enrolment, Ayushman Bharat (AB-PMJAY) services, Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadi Yojana, free medical and eye check-ups, and awareness sessions on ANBY, ANKY, and other social welfare schemes.

During the Jan Sunwai, villagers presented their grievances before the Deputy Commissioner, many of which were addressed and resolved on the spot, demonstrating the effectiveness of the initiative.

The Deputy Commissioner also distributed science kits and sports items to Muktur Primary School, along with hybrid vegetable seeds and horticultural tools to promote education, sports, and livelihood activities. AB-PMJAY cards were also distributed to beneficiaries.

Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Commissioner urged villagers to avail maximum benefits from the camp and informed them that similar Seva Aapke Dwar camps would be organised in other remote villages of the district. She also highlighted the CPGRAMS online grievance redressal portal and encouraged villagers to register grievances online for timely resolution by the concerned authorities. Emphasising active citizenship, she called upon villagers to contribute to development by sharing information and complaints constructively. She expressed gratitude to all officials and villagers for making the camp meaningful and successful.

While returning from the camp en route to Lungla headquarters, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the under-construction library and new academic block at Kuntse Upper Primary School, the road widening and maintenance work connecting Duitongkhar Circle headquarters with Zangkhar Village, and new school infrastructure at Loudung Village.

Earlier, the Circle Officer, Duitongkhar, Ms. Tsetan Droma, extended a warm welcome and encouraged villagers to make full use of the services provided at their doorstep.

The event marked a meaningful stride towards inclusive governance, citizen participation, and effective last-mile service delivery.
