Chancellor of Swami Vivekananda University, Dr. Ajay Kumar Karn, Honoured in New Delhi

New Delhi: A grand event was organized at the five-star Hotel Holiday Inn in the national capital on the occasion of Republic Day. The special ceremony, hosted by TIAF (The Indo-American Forum) on behalf of the United States and India, witnessed the presence of distinguished personalities from various fields.
Dr. Ajay Kumar Karn, Chancellor of Swami Vivekananda University, Kokrajhar (Assam), was invited as a special guest and honoured for his significant contributions to the field of education.
After receiving the honour, Dr. Karn said in his address that Swami Vivekananda University has, in a short span since its establishment, proven itself on the parameters of trust and quality. He remarked, “This recognition is a matter of pride for us, but every honour also brings new responsibilities. Our goal is to continuously work towards the holistic development of youth.”
He further stated that the university is committed to walking in step with Assam and contributing actively to the development of both the state and the nation. Dr. Karn added that only when every citizen contributes according to their capacity can the vision of a ‘Developed India’ envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi be realized.
The program concluded with guests extending their best wishes to Dr. Karn and appreciating his efforts in the field of education.
