Senior IAS Officer Chanchal Kumar Assumes Charge as Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting

New Delhi: Senior IAS officer Chanchal Kumar has taken charge as the Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting at Kartavya Bhavan. Several senior officials of the ministry were present on the occasion.
