Yash Dabas Smashes Century as PGDAV College Cruise to 175-Run Victory in Swami Dayanand Saraswati T20 Tournament

New Delhi: Riding on a blistering century by Yash Dabas (161 off 51 balls, 16×4, 15×6) and impressive half-centuries by Shreshth Yadav (58) and Ankit Kumar (53), host PGDAV College registered their second consecutive win by defeating Shivaji College by a massive margin of 175 runs in the 3rd Swami Dayanand Saraswati T20 Cricket Tournament.

Vaibhav Pandey (4 for 13) and Parnit (3 for 17) also contributed to PGDAV College’s victory. Yash Dabas was given Man of the Match award by organizing Secretary, Dr. Pawan Dabas.
Batting first, PGDAV College scored 332/7 in 20 overs. In reply, Shivaji College was bowled out for 157 runs in 15.3 overs. For them, Priyansh Singh scored 37 runs, while Dhairya Malhotra took three wickets.

Karan Soni’s century
In another match, ‘Man of the Match’ Karan Soni (132 off 52 balls, 11×4, 12×6 and 3 wickets for 11 runs) delivered an all-round performance. Supported by Naitik Yadav (40) and Ansh Jakhar (3/38), PGDAV Yellow Team (265/6 in 20 overs) defeated Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (178/10 in 19.2 overs) by 87 runs. For the losing side, Vardan Suri scored 23 runs, while Abhay and Shaswat took two wickets each.
