Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein Inaugurates Abhedananda Bhavan (Boys Hostel) at Ramakrishna Mission School, Narottam Nagar, Tirap

Namsai (Arunachal Pradesh): The Deputy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh today inaugurated the newly constructed Abhedananda Bhavan (Boys’ Hostel) at the Ramakrishna Mission School, Narottam Nagar in Tirap District.

Speaking on the occasion, Chowna Mein highlighted the remarkable journey of the institution since its establishment in 1972, noting its evolution into a centre of excellence known for imparting quality education rooted in discipline and values. He commended the school for producing meritorious students who have excelled in competitive examinations such as NEET, JEE, and other national-level platforms.

Mein also acknowledged the significant contribution of the Ramakrishna Mission beyond education, particularly in the fields of healthcare and community service across Arunachal Pradesh.

Expressing gratitude, the Deputy Chief Minister lauded the selfless service of the revered monks of the Ramakrishna Mission in shaping lives and strengthening society.

He stated that the inauguration of the Abhedananda Bhavan marks an important step in further enhancing the institution’s infrastructure and capacity. Reaffirming the government’s commitment, he assured continued support to institutions that play a pivotal role in nurturing the youth and building the future of the state.

The event witnessed the presence of Ministers Pasang Dorjee Sona and Wangki Lowang, MLA Borduria Wanglin Lowangdong, Swami Sarvalokananda ji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakkrishna Mission, New Delhi, Swami Achyuteshananda ji Maharaj, Secretary, RK Mission School, Narottam Nagar, revered Monks of Ramakrishna order, students, and local residents.
