Applauding the cultural performances, including a fusion of traditional dances, Khandu commended the students, artists and mentors for their creativity and dedication. He said substantial investments have been made to upgrade schools, construct hostels and improve educational infrastructure across the state.

On higher education and research, Khandu underlined the role of universities as bridges between academic knowledge and grassroots realities. He encouraged Rajiv Gandhi University to strengthen research-driven and evidence-based policy contributions and improve its national rankings.

Promoting entrepreneurship, he highlighted the Arunachal Pradesh Innovation and Investment Park, which provides incubation, mentorship and financial support to startups. He noted that the state has emerged as one of the best-performing regions in India’s startup ecosystem and urged young people to become job creators instead of job seekers.
