CM Yogi Welcomes Bhutan King at MahaKumbh, Bhutan King Jigme Khesar Takes a Holy Dip at Sangam
MahaKumbh Nagar (UP) : Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck arrived at Prayagraj Maha Kumbh on Tuesday and took a sacred dip at the holy Sangam along with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Witnessing the breathtaking view after the holy bath, the Bhutanese King appeared deeply moved by the spiritual ambiance.
Standing on the jetty at Sangam Nose, King Jigme Khesar also fed the birds. CM Yogi Adityanath, Jagadguru Satuwa Baba, Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, and State Minister Nand Gopal Nandi accompanied him during the visit. Following the Sangam bath, the King is scheduled to visit the revered Akshayavat.

King Jigme Khesar arrived at Bamrauli Airport in Prayagraj on Tuesday morning by a special flight from Lucknow. CM Yogi Adityanath warmly welcomed him with a bouquet upon his arrival. From Bamrauli Airport, the Bhutanese King traveled by helicopter to Arail and then proceeded to Sangam for the holy dip.
