Government Announces Dates for Monsoon Session: To Be Held from July 21 to August 12, 2025 : Kiren Rijiju

New Delhi : Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju on Monday announced that the Monsoon Session of Parliament will be held from July 21 to August 12, 2025. During this period, both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha will convene as per the scheduled calendar.

Rijiju stated that the government is preparing to introduce several important bills during the session. He also mentioned that issues of public interest raised by the opposition are likely to be discussed extensively.

A total of 15 sittings will be held during the session. The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has urged all Members of Parliament to ensure timely attendance and extend constructive cooperation.

This session comes at a time when the country is focusing on several crucial policy decisions and legislative initiatives. Political observers expect the session to witness intense debates and meaningful discussions on various pressing issues.
