Vahan.ai Secures Strategic Investment from LemmaTree, Aims to Empower 1 Billion People with Jobs

New Delhi : India’s leading AI-powered blue-collar recruitment platform Vahan.ai has received strategic investment from LemmaTree, a Singapore-based investment firm founded by Temasek. This move will help Vahan.ai scale its operations to place over 100,000 workers per month, up from the current 40,000 placements.

In addition, Vahan.ai has acquired L.earn, the mobile-first skilling platform by GoodWorker, integrating job-linked learning into its recruitment journey. This strengthens Vahan’s mission to create a holistic ecosystem of employment and upskilling for India’s informal workforce.

With blue-collar jobs expected to drive 70% of India’s job growth by 2030, Vahan.ai is using AI to bridge gaps in access, language, and digital literacy. Its voice-based GPT-4o recruiter interacts with users in Hindi and English and will soon expand to 8 more Indian languages.

Vahan.ai has already placed 1 million workers across 920+ cities, aiming to become a career engine for Bharat.
