Suzuki Motorcycle India Launches V-STROM SX in Four New Colours with Updated Graphics; Kicks Off First-Ever V-STROM Himalayan Expedition for Customers

(SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, today unveiled the refreshed V-STROM SX adventure tourer featuring four vibrant new colour options and updated graphics. The motorcycle retains its proven design and performance, while offering a sportier and more dynamic look for riders seeking style and reliability.

The new colour variants include:

Celebrating the Launch with the First-Ever V-STROM Expedition

Marking the launch, SMIPL also flagged off its inaugural V-STROM Expedition exclusively for customers—a 10-day Himalayan adventure from 26 September to 5 October 2025. The expedition covers a challenging route from Delhi to Ladakh and back, traversing iconic terrains across Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh.

Participants will test the V-STROM SX’s endurance and reliability on high-altitude passes and a mix of paved and unpaved mountain roads. The expedition includes expert-led sessions on high-altitude riding, obstacle handling, first aid, and adventure photography, fostering a community spirit among riders.

V-STROM SX – Technical Highlights

The V-STROM SX is powered by a lightweight, OBD-2B compliant 249cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, 4-valve oil-cooled SOHC engine with Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) technology. It delivers 26.5 PS at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm of torque at 7,300 rpm. Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology ensures excellent fuel efficiency alongside strong engine performance.
