President to Witness Ram-Ravana Battle at Shri Dharmik Leela Committee’s Pandal

New Delhi :  Preparations for Dussehra are in full swing in the capital. This year, the festival will be marked by a special highlight as President Droupadi Murmu will personally attend the Ramleela organized by Shri Dharmik Leela Committee at Madhavdas Park, Red Fort grounds. Committee General Secretary Dheeraj Dhar Gupta, Secretary Pradeep Sharan, and Spokesperson Ravi Jain informed that the committee had formally invited the President, and she has accepted the invitation. On Vijayadashami, the President will witness the live enactment of the legendary Ram-Ravana battle.

They further said that special arrangements and security measures are being made in view of the President’s visit. The stage, audience gallery, and VIP enclosures are being decorated at the venue. Along with the President, several Union Ministers, Members of Parliament, and prominent leaders of Delhi will also be present on this occasion.

According to Dheeraj Dhar Gupta, this year’s Ram-Ravana battle will be presented in a grand manner, with modern techniques, to give the audience a vivid and immersive experience of the epic story. Thousands of devotees from across the capital are expected to gather. Thus, on the day of Dussehra, the pandal of Shri Dharmik Leela Committee is set to become a national center of attraction.
