Khesari Lal Yadav Casts His Vote in Chhapra, Says — “The Country Needs Not Just Temples, But Hospitals Too”

Chhapra (Bihar): Bhojpuri film superstar Khesari Lal Yadav cast his vote today at the Government Primary School polling booth in Rasulpur during the second phase of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. After voting, he urged citizens to come out in large numbers to strengthen democracy through active participation.
Speaking to the media, Yadav said,

“Temples should be built in the country, but we also need hospitals. True development will remain incomplete until every citizen has access to proper healthcare and education.”

He further emphasized that voting is not merely a right, but also a responsibility that determines the nation’s direction and future. Appealing especially to the youth, Yadav encouraged first-time voters to treat their vote as a celebration of democracy and to participate with enthusiasm.
Long queues of voters were seen at the Rasulpur polling booth since morning. The local administration ensured tight security arrangements, and polling continued peacefully across the area.
