CM Yogi listens to 900 people’s grievances over three days, directs officials for swift resolution
Gorakhpur: During his stay in Gorakhpur, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a public interaction for the third consecutive day at the Gorakhnath Temple, where he personally met people and listened to their concerns. CM Yogi instructed the officials to address the issues promptly, emphasizing that resolving public grievances is the government’s top priority. Over three days of public hearings, the Chief Minister addressed the concerns of a total of 900 people.
On Sunday morning, during the public interaction, people were seated outside the Mahant Digvijaynath Memorial Hall within the Gorakhnath Temple premises. CM Yogi personally visited each individual and listened to their issues. On Sunday alone, he met around 300 people, assuring them of fair justice. Referring the complaints to the respective authorities, he directed them to ensure swift and just resolutions. On complaints regarding land encroachment, Yogi ordered strict legal action against those illegally occupying land or displacing the weak, stating that such offenders would not be spared.
Several individuals, including a significant number of women, approached the Chief Minister seeking financial assistance for medical treatment. CM Yogi inquired about their Ayushman Cards, and upon learning that some did not have them, assured them of full government support for their medical treatment. He instructed officials to expedite the estimation process for medical assistance and submit it to the government. He also directed the officials to ensure that all eligible people receive their Ayushman Cards promptly.
Addressing issues related to revenue and police matters, CM Yogi emphasized the importance of transparency and fairness in resolving such cases. He insisted that no one should face injustice and that every affected person should be treated with sensitivity and provided necessary assistance. During the event, Yogi affectionately interacted with children accompanying their mothers, gifting them chocolates and encouraging them to study hard.
