Tragic Road Accident in Barabanki’s Ramnagar: Four Killed in Collision Between Truck and Ertiga Car
Barabanki (U.P.): A horrific road accident took place on Monday in the Ramnagar area of Barabanki district, Uttar Pradesh, claiming the lives of four people on the spot and leaving three others seriously injured. The incident occurred when a speeding truck collided head-on with an Ertiga car, resulting in a devastating crash that completely mangled the car.
According to eyewitnesses, the passengers in the Ertiga were traveling from Kanpur to Gonda. As their vehicle reached the Ramnagar area, it collided directly with an oncoming truck. The impact was so intense that three men and one woman traveling in the Ertiga died on the spot.
Among the injured are two boys aged 10 and 9, both in critical condition, along with another severely injured individual. The accident led to chaos at the scene, with screams and cries for help. Locals quickly rushed to assist and helped shift the injured to the Ramnagar Community Health Center. From there, they were referred to the district hospital due to the seriousness of their condition.
Police arrived promptly, secured the scene, and sent the bodies for post-mortem examination. An investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the accident. The tragic incident has cast a pall of gloom over the area, leaving the community in deep sorrow.
