Wave Riders announces team for Trinity Golf Champions League 2026
New Delhi : Wave Riders, the flagship team of Wave City today announced its 20-member team for the highly-anticipated Trinity Golf Champions League (TGCL) 2026, presented by cricket legend Kapil Dev. The team, a strategic blend of seasoned talent and upcoming talent, is poised to make a significant impact in the upcoming tournament.
The official team announcement was graced by all team members, sponsors and distinguished guests.
The Wave Riders team builds on the experience of last year’s tournament to include a dynamic mix of seasoned professionals, upcoming golf talents and a distinguished celebrity player. With returning members from the successful previous season and fresh talent bringing renewed energy and skill, the team will leverage the experience of established players while fostering the growth of emerging golf stars.
Adding further star power to the team, renowned personality Zafar Iqbal is joining the squad as the celebrity golfer, bringing a unique blend of charisma and passion for the game to the golf course. Simarjeet Singh will lead the team as its captain, while Ashish Kapoor will serve as vice-captain, forming a strong leadership duo. Other prominent players in the team include Shaurya Bhattacharya, Ridhima Dilawari, Arjun Sharma, Jasmine Shekar, among others.
