AAP MLA Raghvinder Shokeen to Join Atishi Cabinet as Minister, Announces Manish Sisodia

New Delhi: Raghvinder Shokeen, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Nangloi Jat, is set to join the Delhi Cabinet under Atishi’s leadership as a minister. This announcement was made on Monday by former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, during a press conference.

Sisodia stated that Raghvinder Shokeen, a prominent Jat leader from Outer Delhi, has been inducted into the Atishi government to strengthen governance. Highlighting Shokeen’s contributions, he added that the MLA has made significant efforts in the field of education. A civil engineer by profession, Shokeen has previously served as a municipal councillor twice and is a two-time MLA representing the Nangloi Jat constituency in Outer Delhi.

Expressing his gratitude, Raghvinder Shokeen thanked AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and the party’s senior leadership for their trust in him. He pledged to work towards holistic development in Delhi and live up to the expectations of the people and the party’s leadership.

This move is seen as AAP’s effort to strengthen its outreach in Outer Delhi and ensure balanced representation in the Cabinet.
