Alia Bhatt took place on rent for production house

Mumbai: Bollywood actress and Kapoor family’s daughter-in-law, Alia Bhatt, owns her own production company named Eternal Sunshine Productions. The company is managed by her mother, Soni Razdan Bhatt, and her sister, Shaheen Bhatt. Recently, Alia has rented a new space for her production house, for which she will be paying a hefty monthly rent.

Posh Location in Bandra
Pali Hill in Bandra is a prime location, home to several celebrities and their offices. According to media reports, Alia has rented a space for her production house in Pali Hill. The monthly rent for this property is ₹9 lakh, with an annual increment of 5%. This space is located on the sixth floor of a Vastu building on Nargis Dutt Road. Interestingly, Alia currently resides in the same building with her family.

Four-Year Lease Agreement
As per reports, Alia’s company has taken this space on lease for four years, with the agreement signed on February 21. The property has been leased from Narendra Shetty, and Alia’s company has paid a security deposit of ₹36 lakh.

Under Eternal Sunshine Productions, several films have been released so far. Alia’s first production was ‘Darlings’, in which she also acted. Additionally, she produced and starred in ‘Jigra’, which was released last year. Alia founded her production company in 2019.
