Haridwar Kumbh 2027 Will Be Grand Like Prayagraj: Pushkar Singh Dhami

Mahakumbh Nagar (UP) : The grand festival of faith and devotion is currently underway in Mahakumbh Nagar, attracting devotees from across the country and abroad to earn spiritual merit. In this context, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, along with his family, took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam on Monday and offered prayers to Mother Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati. Describing it as a religious grand festival, Dhami stated that taking a dip in the Sangam is itself a significant religious act. He also mentioned the preparations for the Kumbh Mela to be held in Haridwar in 2027. He assured that the government is already working on it to make the Haridwar Kumbh as historic and convenient as the one in Prayagraj.

He assured that the Uttarakhand government will provide every possible facility for the devotees during this grand event, and the occasion will be made both magnificent and divine. During the dip, the family side of CM Dhami was also visible as he was seen laughing and playing with his child in the waters of Sangam.

A Confluence of Religious Faith and Spiritual Energy

After the dip at Sangam, the Chief Minister remarked that it was a great privilege for him to have the opportunity to take a dip in the waters of faith here. Prayagraj is the center of faith for millions of devotees from across the world. Coming here brings immense peace and energy to the mind.

Blessings of Saints

Dhami received blessings from revered saints and sages at the Mahakumbh and mentioned that it is the saints who set the direction of society. He added that they draw inspiration from their guidance and move forward with their blessings.
