“Keep Fighting Among Yourselves” – Omar Abdullah Takes a Jibe at INDIA Bloc After Delhi Election Trends

New Delhi: As the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) lagged behind in the early trends of the Delhi Assembly elections, Jammu and Kashmir’s former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah took to social media to post a humorous meme with the caption: “Keep fighting among yourselves.”

While the BJP, along with its NDA allies, made every effort to win over Delhi’s voters, the INDIA bloc appeared divided, with AAP and Congress turning into fierce rivals in this high-stakes battle. Throughout the campaign, Congress and AAP targeted each other aggressively.

Arvind Kejriwal repeatedly accused Congress of contesting the elections only to help the BJP, while the Congress questioned AAP’s decade-long rule in the national capital. During the 2025 election campaign, Rahul Gandhi strongly advocated for greater representation of Dalits, backward communities, and tribals—groups that traditionally supported Congress but shifted to AAP in the last two elections.

Delhi Election Results 2025 – Early Trends
As the Delhi Assembly election results unfold today, early trends show BJP leading with 45 seats, securing a comfortable majority (with 36 seats needed to form a government).

Meanwhile, AAP has suffered a major setback, leading in only 24 seats. Interestingly, Congress seems to have made a breakthrough, as it is currently leading in one seat.
