PM Modi Distributes Over 71,000 Appointment Letters Virtually in Rozgar Mela

New Delhi :  Prime Minister Narendra Modi today virtually distributed over 71,000 appointment letters to newly recruited candidates through a video conference. Addressing the event, PM Modi extended his congratulations and best wishes to the appointees as he connected with the Rozgar Mela.

The Prime Minister shared that he had just returned from Kuwait late last night, where he had extensive discussions with Indian youth and professionals. Describing it as a pleasant coincidence, he remarked that his first program upon returning to India was with the nation’s youth. He highlighted how the Rozgar Melas are empowering young people and bringing their potential to the forefront.

PM Modi celebrated the moment as a new beginning for thousands of young individuals across the country. “Your years of dreams and hard work have borne fruit. As 2024 draws to a close, it is bringing new happiness to you and your families,” he said.

The Rozgar Mela is a significant step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s commitment to prioritizing job creation. It offers meaningful opportunities for the youth to contribute to nation-building and self-empowerment.

The event was held at 45 locations across the country, facilitating recruitment for various ministries and departments under the central government. The newly appointed employees will serve in key ministries, including the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Posts, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and Department of Financial Services, among others.

This initiative underscores the government’s dedication to providing employment opportunities and driving India’s economic progress by integrating skilled youth into the workforce.
