Mainya Samman Yojana Funds Still Not Disbursed: Babulal Marandi
Ranchi (Jharkhand) : BJP’s State President Babulal Marandi has once again targeted the government. In a social media post on Monday, Marandi stated that by Tuesday, February 11, the funds for the Mainya Samman Yojana should have been credited to the accounts of all women in the state, as per the government’s promise. However, he pointed out that the government has not even made the payment for the amount due for January.
He further criticized the government for its lack of action regarding the appointment of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) Chairman. Marandi also called the Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s announcement regarding the examination calendar a “jumla” (empty promise).
Marandi highlighted that pensions for the elderly and widowed women remain pending, thousands of poor tribal families are deprived of rations, and the government is ignoring essential public issues.
He added that Hemant Soren’s neglect of public concerns is a form of disrespect towards the people. “Stop depriving people of their rights. If your government does not take immediate action, BJP will launch a statewide movement against it,” Marandi warned.
