Kejriwal had sought seven-day bail from the court so that he could get his medical test done. But the Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED opposed his appeal in the court. His weight has increased by one kilo, but he is falsely claiming that his weight has reduced by seven kilos. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the court that Kejriwal also made a misleading claim in the press conference on May 31 that he was going to surrender on June 2.
